The Support Control-panel
If you are an Encryptec customer, please click on the Support tab and enter your login details, this should show you a summary of all your services including renewal dates.
Getting Support
There are a number of methods for obtaining support, some are available to the general public and some to Encryptec customers only. If you are a customer, don't forget to log in to the site before looking for support options, otherwise some of the options will not be visible to you.

Encryptec's Infrastructure
Encryptec's hosting services are based in a professionally managed Data Center London Docklands. All servers are high performance rack mounted configurations with multiple core processors and RAID storage options.
Our Internet connection currently consists of two parallel 100Mbit feeds coming in over two parallel 100Mbit switches. In the event of a switch failure, the other switch will cut in automatically as MAC addresses expire, typically within 20 seconds. Most of the services have a similar configuration so that in the event of a critical failure, a hot backup server will cut in and take the place of the failed server.
