Contract Support
Effectively this is a discount system for customers who need support on a regular basis. There is no charge for contract customers to log tickets and time spent dealing with tickets is covered up to the package threshold. In addition time is billed in 3 minute intervals which makes dealing with minor issues on regular basis far more cost effective.
Issues logged via telephone are charged at £10 as per Basic support.

Additional time spent not covered by contract is billed at our standard non-contract rates.
Upgrades / Fixed time jobs
