Backups
Everything on the system is automatically backed up every night, to make sure that in the event of a system crash, we will always be able to recover your emails and websites.
Here is some information on the status of the latest backups. If there are any red crosses under the "Job Status" column, then the backup listed has failed.

This graph shows how much data we backup per day, over a month. Each line signifies a different part of the system which is backed up, for example, MAILmail, the dark green line, is the backup of the email systems, so that if we suffer a loss on the mail servers, you should loose no more (at absolute maximum) 24 hours of email, and that is if the multiple-redundancy fails.
The higher the line is in the graph, the more data is being backed up. Plone websites, for example, use Catalog and ZEOzeo. Some of the backups cover our servers, like ZOPEAroot backs up our server called Zope A. Spikes and drops are normal in the system, for example once a month, a full backup is made of every system. Apart from that, backups are what we call "incremental" or, just backing up the changed data.
Each step up on the graph (eg. 1000000000) is one billion bytes, or close to a gigabyte with of data.
